This position reports to the Legal Director and Head of Private Client Residential, and many opportunities exist to take on supervisory duties and contribute to team development. Manage a varied caseload in residential conveyancing, ensuring strict deadlines are met in a pressurised but friendly environment. Supervise the team in the absence of the Legal Director. Liaise positively with support staff including Legal Secretaries, Paralegals, and Trainee Paralegals. Undertake relevant staff development and training regularly. Detailed understanding of Property Law.
