Commercial Property Paralegal Worthing | £27,000–£30,000 We're working with an established regional law firm in Worthing looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join its Real Estate Department. Offering £27,000–£30,000, hybrid working and a range of additional benefits, this is an opportunity for a confident commercial property paralegal to manage their own caseload and build strong client relationships within an established legal team. This role would suit a self-motivated paralegal who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their files and is committed to progressing matters efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care. The Role You will manage your own caseload of commercial property matters, taking detailed instructions, progressing files and maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the process. The role will require strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring work is handled efficiently and in line with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. What We’re Looking For At least one year's experience working within a solicitor's office and managing your own caseload. Commercial property law experience, ideally with fee-earning responsibility. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Good IT skills and the ability to absorb and process information quickly. A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team. A sound understanding of relevant legal regulations and SRA requirements.Salary & Benefits Salary of £28,000–£32,000, depending on experience.(Negotiable for candidates with strong experience) Firm-wide bonus scheme. 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
