We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing and highly ambitious independent broking group, who are keen to add a new Commercial Account Executive to their team. This firm has impressive long-term growth plans, backed by an ambitious owner, offering a great place to work for career-motivated individuals. They specialise in agricultural and commercial insurance, but this role will focus on the agricultural side of the business.
Responsibilities
- Handle a book of existing clients and manage their accounts on a day-to-day basis, supporting the Director.
This office is currently a small team of 3, but they have plans to grow quickly, making it an exciting time to join.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in agricultural insurance working in a broking role.
- Located in the Yorkshire and Humber area or reasonably close to this area.
- Individuals working towards their CII qualification would be at a distinct advantage, though this is not essential.
- Acturis experience is preferred.
- A professional, driven attitude with the ability to establish strong relationships with clients to obtain repeat business.
- A self-motivated individual comfortable working independently alongside a down-to-earth and approachable Director who offers flexibility and autonomy.
Offer
On offer is a salary of £40,000 + Bonuses.
Working arrangements
Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5pm. This can be a fully remote role or hybrid to suit.
