The company now employs approximately 30 people at its Winchester head office and has ambitious plans for continued growth and expansion. They are now looking for a driven and commercially minded Commercial Account Executive who can win new business, develop lasting client relationships and play an important role in the firm’s continued growth.
A genuine platform for growth: This broker generates a significant flow of high-quality commercial leads, giving you a strong platform from which to create opportunities and grow your own book of business. There is no requirement to bring clients with you, although naturally any portable business or existing relationships would be welcomed. You will have the autonomy to identify and pursue new opportunities, build trusted relationships with commercial clients and retain the business you win moving forward.

- Following up and converting high-quality commercial leads
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with key business decision-makers
- Understanding clients’ risks and wider insurance requirements

Salary and benefits
