The business is taking a flexible approach to this appointment, welcoming applications at IBA Technician, IBA Manager and Senior IBA Manager level.
Your experience and technical ability will determine the title, salary and scope of responsibility.
You may already be confident running an IBA function independently, or you may have a solid foundation in insurance accounts and be ready to develop further with support and training.
The opportunity
Your responsibilities will be tailored to your experience, covering

For Manager and Senior Manager applicants, the ability to work independently and take ownership of the accounts function is essential.
You will need the technical confidence and organisational skills to manage the work without close day-to-day supervision.
For Technician-level applicants, training and development can be provided, as long as you bring relevant experience, a sound understanding of insurance accounting and a positive attitude to learning.
What we're looking for
- A minimum of three years' relevant insurance broking/accounts experience .
- A full understanding of insurance accounting principles.
- Ideally, at least two years' hands-on Acturis experience , with regular use of the system.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
- The ability to communicate clearly and manage your workload effectively.
- For senior appointments, proven ability to work independently and take responsibility for the accounts function.
Strong insurance accounts experience but no Acturis knowledge?
If you are applying at the more junior end of the brief and have a particularly strong background, the business is open to providing full Acturis training.
A solid foundation and willingness to learn are key.
Location and working arrangements
The office is based at One Lyric Square, Hammersmith, London, W6 0NB.
You will work five days a week in the office during probation, giving you time to understand the business, its processes and the team.
Following successful completion of probation, some flexibility around working from home may be discussed.
This will be considered individually and is not a guaranteed hybrid arrangement.
There is a strong preference for candidates based within the M25, although applicants further afield will be considered where their experience is particularly strong and they are genuinely comfortable with the daily commute.

Salary will reflect your experience, technical capability and the responsibilities agreed for the position.
Benefits include
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
- Discretionary bonus and workplace pension.
- Access to Fora gyms, studios and fitness classes.
- Complimentary tea, coffee and snacks.
- Access to communal lounges, breakout spaces and member events.
