We are delighted to be partnering with a growing insurance group to recruit an Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a trusted right-hand to the CEO, playing a key role in supporting both strategic initiatives and the day-to-day running of the business. This is predominantly a home-based role, offering excellent flexibility, with occasional travel to Chislehurst and meetings when required.

The Role

No two days will be the same. You will manage the CEO's busy diary, coordinate meetings and travel, handle confidential communications, and ensure priorities stay on track. You will also support the Senior Management Team with projects, reports, presentations and business administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to the CEO.
  • Manage diaries, meetings, travel and appointments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing emails and correspondence.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, brokers, insurers and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, board papers and business documents.
  • Take meeting minutes and monitor actions through to completion.
  • Support business projects and company initiatives.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation and hospitality.
  • Maintain accurate records and confidential documentation.
  • Draft, edit and proofread business correspondence, including NDAs and authorised documents.
  • Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.

About You

You will be highly organised, proactive and confident dealing with senior stakeholders. You will naturally take ownership of your workload, enjoy managing multiple priorities and have excellent attention to detail.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solution-focused approach.
  • A professional, positive and collaborative attitude.
