Commercial Insurance Account Executive
Basildon, Essex | £40,000–£65,000 plus uncapped monthly commission, annual bonus, genuine career progression.
The Opportunity
Develop new commercial business while building long‑term client relationships. Begin with a small portfolio and grow your client base with the support of an experienced Account Handler.

What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of commercial insurance sales or account executive experience within a broker environment.
- Experience handling a wide range of commercial insurance risks.
- Proven ability to develop and win new business.
- Excellent relationship‑building and client‑management skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience using Acturis is advantageous, but not essential.
What's On Offer
- Salary £45,000–£65,000, depending on experience.
- Uncapped monthly commission.
- Annual bonus of 10% once you’ve achieved 1.5× your salary in income generated.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
