We are delighted to be working with this rapidly expanding mutual society. They are now looking for someone to join them in their Membership services team as a Member Services Consultant. They are interested in hearing from you if you have some form of people based customer service experience, which could have been gained in retail, hospitality or an office environment. The key is your ability to talk to their members via phone and email.

Responsibilities
  • Act as point of contact for Members of the Society, potential Members of the Society and Financial Advisers with regard to general enquiries concerning the operation of the product, tracking of applications and the maintenance of personal and professional details within the Society’s systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the Intermediary Sales Team.
  • Supply an FCA compliant Information Only Service to direct prospective Members.
Qualifications
  • Confident communicator, able to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Able to handle difficult calls of a sensitive nature, as well as a high level of attention to detail.
  • Minimum GCSE grade C in Maths and English or equivalent.
