We are seeking a full-time Commercial Insurance Broker for a fast growing broking group, based on site in their City office which is situated in the Gherkin. There are currently 17 of them in the business, but they have big plans for the business moving forward, so this really is a great time to join them at an exciting part of their growth plans.
Role Overview
This is a sales focused role, dealing with incoming leads from a network of Mortgage brokers who pass on Property Owners leads. They have introducer agreements with around 70 of these brokers, who will provide you with a number of leads a month, and you are expected to service these by making outbound sales calls. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, assessing customer insurance needs, and advising on suitable policies. You will also get to work on and deal with a range of other commercial business too, but this role will very much focus on the Property Owners side of things. This will include negotiating with insurers to secure competitive pricing, as well as managing policy renewals.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in broking Property Owners.
- Experience using the Acturis system.

- Comfort with using social media as a business development tool.
- Holding the CII qualification is highly beneficial but not essential.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary £32‑35k basic.
- 1% commission on all commissioned income generated.
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays & pension.
- Working Hours Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.
- The role is fully office based.
