We are recruiting exclusively for a fierce independent broking group that recently launched a new office in Hayle, England, United Kingdom. The office is opposite the beach, offers car parking, and the firm has ambitious plans to grow quickly over the next few years. They offer a superb place to work for those wishing to advance their career in one of the UK’s leading independent insurance brokers, and they’re excited about this new location.

The firm is looking for an ambitious Commercial Insurance professional with 3+ years of commercial insurance sales experience, broad product knowledge (Commercial Combined, Motor Fleet, EL/PL, D&O, etc.), and the ability to hit the ground running. You’ll be supported by a senior manager, an executive, an account handler and a telesales exec who will generate leads. You’ll handle a range of commercial clients and risks. You’ll also ideally have the Cert CII qualification or be keen to study toward it.

Salary on offer is £38-45k depending on experience, plus bonuses (including 20% commission on new business income), and a car allowance. Other benefits include:
