We are currently recruiting for a growing Insurance Brokers team in Eastleigh. They are seeking three more personal lines brokers with motor or household insurance experience, gained in sales/broking, customer service or claims. These roles will deal with both existing clients and new business.
Responsibilities
- Deal with both existing clients and new business.
- Negotiate and source insurance from the UK’s leading providers for clients with a range of needs, including high net worth individuals and those with unusual or challenging insurance requirements.
- Assist clients with standard home or motor insurance as well as non-standard car and home insurance needs (including specialist vehicles such as super cars, kit cars, modified vehicles, motorhomes, classic and vintage vehicles).
- Engage with clients who may have properties previously flooded, high sums insured, subsidence issues, or UK/overseas holiday homes.
Requirements
- Sales talent is important, complemented by solid customer service skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of people.
- Experience in motor or household insurance, gained in sales/broking, customer service or claims, is desirable.
Salary and Benefits
Salary on offer is £25-40k depending on experience to start. In return, you can expect a generous and highly competitive salary with plenty of opportunities for career progression and strong training and support.
Working Hours
Working week is Monday to Friday 8:50am to 5:30pm, and 9:00am to 12:00 noon on Saturdays (1 in 4).
Location
Eastleigh office.
