Role
Commercial Account Handler – responsible for assisting clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotations for additional products, and working closely with account executives on larger cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with renewals, mid-term adjustments, documentation queries and quotation for additional products.
- Collaborate with account executives on larger cases.
- Provide advice to small and medium sized commercial clients.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of commercial broking experience.
- Solid grounding in commercial insurance, with exposure to Property, Liability, Fleet, PI, D & O, Cyber and packaged solutions.
Benefits
- Basic salary £25-32k.
- Regular 1-2-1s and standard benefits package (Holiday, Pension, etc.).
- Full support to gain professional insurance qualifications.
- Office hours Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm; fully office-based in Solihull.
