A highly respected and rapidly growing Accident Management Company based near Bristol is looking for a Claims Processor.
Application Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a claims role or environment.
- Motor Claims experience is preferred, but other claims experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Process claims by reviewing and verifying information from claimants, ensuring accuracy and completeness of claims documentation.
- Entering claims data into the system accurately and efficiently.
- Communicating with insurers, clients and third parties to obtain missing information or clarify details.
- Maintaining organized records of claims and related documents.
- Following company policies and procedures for claims processing.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Additional Information
- Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with one hour for lunch.
- This role is office based.
- Salary offered is £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience, with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Having your own car is advantageous as public transport opportunities are scarce.
