The Role
You will work alongside Tax Partners and Directors to deliver high-quality employment tax advice:
- Lead employment tax advisory projects, including benefit and reward planning, international employments, national minimum wage, and construction industry scheme matters.
- Advise businesses on employment tax aspects of acquisitions and sales, including due diligence sign-off.
- Develop and coach trainees, supporting their journey to become accomplished tax advisors.
- Engage in business development across the local marketplace and the wider firm.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and strategic direction of the employment tax services offering.
What we're looking for
- Relevant Accountancy qualifications, ideally including CTA, and relevant experience within an UK employment tax environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective client relationships.
- Experience advising on international employments is desirable, but not essential.
- Coaching and team development experience, with a passion for helping others grow.
- Driven to contribute to business growth and the success of the team.
