But times are changing, and so are we. And although we're passionate believers that children come first, we know our people must come first, too. Join us and find a better way with C&K - for children, for you, for always.

Every C&K career helps children belong and grow. We want the same for you and joining C&K means impacting a child's life journey for the time they spend with us and long after they leave. But, so much of what we do depends on you.

We'll set you up for success with a range of benefits, programs and opportunities to help you earn, be well and grow:

  • Be rewarded for your commitment with a wage rate of $27.51-$33.95 per hour plus $1000 retention bonus paid twice yearly.
  • Enjoy stability and a better work-life balance with a permanent part-time opportunity supporting the Kindergarten with Extended Hours Program Monday to Friday from 1:25pm - 6:00pm.
  • Live, work and be well with our Employee Assistance Program for you and your family.
  • Find a healthy work-life balance with parental leave, return-to-work support, along with family-friendly priority access to C&K childcare centres and discounts of up to 75% of the gap fee.

  • Be rewarded for supporting the growth of our teams with a $1000 referral bonus for referring a successful candidate to a C&K vacancy.
  • Access a nationally recognised qualification in the high-demand field of early childhood education and care with subsidised training for eligible students through the C&K College.
  • Scholarships of up to $3000 for eligible Educators who are working towards their Certificate III qualification under the Qualifications Pathways Program (QPP).

Help shape the future of children in our care. The Extended Hours Program commences from the end of the kindergarten program and continues the children's learning into the afternoon. As one of our highly valued Educators in the extended kindergarten program, you'll work alongside the Extended Kindergarten Coordinator to provide support and guide children's learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.

Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you'll help shape the future of children in our care by collaborating with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.

What you'll bring:

Whether you're an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you're energetic, fun and committed to guiding children's early learning and development, we'll set you up for success!
