CK Solars and Roofing Ltd is a Nationwide Solar PV installation company. We carry out a number of large scale projects all over the UK.
We are looking for a Fully Qualified Domestic Electrician with 18th edition who is a forward thinking individual with previous Solar PV installation / Domestic background experience to join our electrical team. The need to have witness, inspection and testing along with a Gold JIB card. As a company we take on all sizes of projects nationwide, company van provided therefore driving licence with no more than 6 points required. Work is usually Monday to Friday however some weekend work may be required every now and again due to system shutdowns / out of hours work.
You will need to be able to work from schematic drawings, fault find on previous installs and install to a high standard along with working as part of a bigger electrical team towards installation targets / job completion dates. Immediate start required.
As work is nationwide we would be looking to recruit from all areas of the UK, but you must be prepared to travel and work away on various projects.
Job Duties:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements
- Running tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation
- Inspecting electrical systems and equipment for damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
- Fault finding and diagnosis
Salary is dependent on experience.
