Engagements: Oversee multiple audit engagements from planning to final report delivery within agreed timescales.
Client
Interaction: Work closely with clients, ensuring exceptional service.
Stakeholder
Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with stakeholders at audited entities, working with senior-level staff.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior leaders up to Partner level.

Qualifications: ACA / CA / ACCA (or equivalent).
Experience: Prior experience at an experienced Audit Manager or Senior Manager level.
Sector
Expertise: Relevant Not-for-Profit sector audit experience.
Technical
Knowledge: Proficient in UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant SORPs.
Leadership: Significant experience leading external audits, managing a portfolio of clients, and leading audit teams.
Team
Management: Experience in managing, training, and coaching team members.
