Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6.00am to 4.00pm

We have opportunities for people who want to join a friendly, inclusive, fast-growing business as Skilled Butchery Operatives in our Butchery hall.

The Role: To support the team in delivering quality pork cuts to our customers, working to the highest of standards. You will be a team player with a natural ability to motivate others and an inherent need to develop yourself through continuous improvement. You must also be very health and safety conscious.

Key Accountabilities: Working on a busy production line, supporting the delivery of key accountabilities, including:

  • Quality
  • Yield
  • Productivity
  • Health, safety and environmental impacts

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: You will be competent in the de-boning of pork carcasses in one or more of the following areas:

  • Leg
  • Shoulder
  • Middle

You must be able to communicate effectively in English and be physically fit. There is likely to be a block exercise as part of the interview process, so sharpen your knife skills!
