C&K Meats is a world-class pork producer operation based in Eye, near Diss. The business is part of the hugely successful CPC Foods in the UK and the international food company Premium Food Group.
We have opportunities for people who want to join a friendly, inclusive, fast-growing business as Butchery Operatives in our Butchery hall.
The Role:
To support the team in delivering quality pork cuts to our customers, working to the highest of standards. You will be a team player with a natural ability to motivate others and an inherent need to develop yourself through continuous improvement. You must also be very health and safety conscious.
Key Accountabilities:
- Working on a busy production line, supporting the delivery of key accountabilities, including:
- Quality
- Yield
- Productivity
- Health, safety and environmental impacts
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- You will be competent in the de-boning of pork carcasses in one or more of the following areas:
- Leg
- Shoulder
- Middle
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
- Be physically fit
