The HR Assistant plays a crucial support role to the HR Manager, helping to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
This role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, responding to employee queries, and supporting HR projects and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation, arranging inductions, and coordinating training sessions.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Liaise with payroll, assist with contracts, and employee changes such as promotions or terminations.
- Help organise employee engagement activities and maintain staff welfare programs.
- Support HR reporting and data analysis tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all HR activities.
