Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Perform high-quality welding and fabrication tasks
- Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety procedures
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication
- Ability to produce consistently high-quality welds
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety responsibilities
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Ability to work to technical drawings with minimal supervision
- Regular overtime opportunities paid at time and a half
- Early finish every Friday at 1pm
