Job Description
Salary:
£17-£19 per hour PAYE (umbrella)
Supply Chain Administrator Role:
- Managing key data requirements for both materials and vendors in order for the order to invoice process to function effectively.
- This role ensures 100% master data setup, PO management and that instrument assets are managed effectively.
- The Administrator will be key point of contact for all Supply chain related issues and use problem solving methodology to identify and fix issues.
- Ensuring accurate and up to date 3rd party master data for both material and vendor to ensure.
- Efficient ordering.
- Elimination of invoice queries.
- Ensuring optimall Inventory customer set up data is accurate and allows clear electronic interface
Your Background:
- Proven track record of operating in a highly changeable and challenging working environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain processes and provide updates
- Understanding of SAP – Material master preferred
- Previous experience in supply Chain management
