CK Group is recruiting for a Product Manager Associate to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a 12-month contract (renewable for another 12 months). This role is inside IR35.

Salary: GBP15.38 per hour PAYE or GBP20.40 per hour Umbrella.

Product Manager Associate role:

  • The product portfolio team manages over 500 products across various laboratory disciplines.
  • Provide pre- and post-sale marketing support and contribute to public relations through research and writing.
  • Join a dynamic, highly specialized marketing team and work with Product Managers to lead and implement all product management responsibilities for the assigned portfolio.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactical plans to optimize product performance.
  • Ensure product availability to meet customer demand and business needs.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on sales and technical teams, to ensure a positive customer experience and develop expertise in assigned products.

Your Background:

  • Degree in Life Science, Biomedical Science, or a related business qualification.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to manage a broad technical portfolio.
  • Understanding of current diagnostic technologies, with strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to drive product strategy across multidisciplinary teams in a complex environment.
  • Previous experience in marketing coordination, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.

Our client is a leading biopharmaceutical company developing over 160 medicines, vaccines, and healthcare products to improve lives worldwide.

Location: Based at the client's site in Burgess Hill, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days on-site per week.
