Job Description

CK Group are recruiting for a Procurement Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:

£300-£375 per day PAYE or £397.91 – £497.38 per day Umbrella

Procurement Manager role:

  • Develop and implementation of “source to contract” processes ensuring value for money is obtained.
  • Supplier relationship and performance management.
  • Identification of new products, services and innovative solutions that will enhance end customer experience.
  • Ensure robust contracts are completed for all relevant agreements with corresponding  SLAs and KPI’s.
  • Provide robust spend and market analysis, including but not limited to forecasts on costs variations and market changes.

Your Background:

  • University degree is preferred (preferably in Procurement and Supply Chain Management)
  • MCIPS qualified or studying towards MCIPS is preferred
  • English is essential, additional foreign language is a plus
  • You have commercial negotiation skills ideally with experience in contract negotiation.
  • Experience in the Life Science industry preferred.
