Talentmark are recruiting for a Hub Submission Manager to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 6 months. This role is hybrid working in Sandwich, Kent 2 to 3 days per week.
Up to £17.67 per hour (PAYE). Rate
Hub Submission Manager Role:
- Looking after the day to day running of regulatory submissions to Health Authorities in your allocated countries.
- Planning each submission and making sure it is ready on time.
- Working closely with product teams and country contacts to agree what is needed and when.
- Building, sending and storing electronic and paper submissions.
- Managing translations and keeping everyone up to date on timelines.
- Spotting problems early and helping to fix them, so that deadlines are met.
Your Background:
- Experience working in a busy, regulated environment with tight deadlines.
- Hands-on experience building electronic submissions in the pharmaceutical industry.
- A good understanding of regulatory guidelines and how a submission is put together.
- Great attention to detail, strong organisation and a talent for project management.
- A keen interest in learning new software and tools, and a team player attitude.
