A global specialty pharmaceutical company is building a new UK Integrated Healthcare Specialist (IHS) team to support entry into a new specialist therapy area within secondary care (dermatology/immunology). The Integrated Healthcare Specialist is a hybrid commercial and access-focused role, combining strong sales capability with account development, pathway understanding, and stakeholder engagement across secondary care. You’ll be part of a newly created field team, responsible for building relationships, preparing accounts for launch, and supporting early uptake planning in a compliant, non-promotional environment. A future Key Account Management structure will be introduced post-launch, with the IHS team continuing to play a critical role in access and commercial delivery.

- Map stakeholders and payer networks within accounts
- Gather insight to inform launch strategy and targeting
