CK Group is recruiting for a Formulation Chemist to join a well-established pharmaceutical company, manufacturing medicinal products. This role is based at their site in Kempston.
Key duties will include:
- Design, plan and development of robust formulations based on the project brief.
- Fully and accurately document all research and development activities.
- Hands-on involvement in pilot plant and laboratory operations.
- Completion of routine operational and GMP activities.
- Work collaboratively within the team environment to find solutions to problems related to both supporting and troubleshooting existing and new product development.
Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in cosmetic or pharmaceutical sciences.
- Experience in formulation development of skincare or personal care.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic/pharmaceutical ingredients and their interactions.
- Familiarity with cosmetic, medicinal, or medical device regulations.
