Service Demand Planning Associate

Role OverviewCK Group, a diagnostics company, is recruiting a Service Demand Planning Associate for a six‐month contract at their site in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. The position supports hybrid working, with two days on site each week.

SalaryHourly: £15.00 – £17.00 PAYE or £19.89 – £22.55 Umbrella (inside IR35)

Responsibilities

Use digital tools to monitor demand and supply of service activities, exceptions and imbalances.

Update customers on case changes to maintain effective communication and project success.

Identify supply issues associated with established plans and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve them.

Support weekly demand‐supply balance meetings by providing insight that enables specialists to build a supply overview and manage demand.

Monitor system data quality to ensure optimal process performance.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a demand planning function.

A‐level educated or equivalent.

Experience working with a CRM system and making decisions based on data analysis.

Essential experience operating enterprise information systems (e.g. SAP, ERP, CRM).

Previous experience working in a technology‐led environment, ideally in healthcare.
