CK Group are recruiting for a Laboratory Technician, to join our client based in Penryn Cornwall. This is a permanent role, where the successful candidate will provide technical support within their laboratory. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm. The Laboratory Technician Role: Carrying out preparation of samples for analysis. Performing analysis using XRF / ICP / other techniques as required. Recording and reporting test results. Maintaining good laboratory practice and the highest standards of housekeeping and safety. Performing laboratory admin and housekeeping duties as directed. Assisting with bench-scale metallurgical test work as required. Your Background: Degree/HND/HNC in Chemistry, or relevant discipline. Experience of working in a laboratory.
