CK Group are recruiting for a Helpline Operator to join a leading provider of advanced analytics, research and technology solutions to the life sciences industry on a contract basis until the end of the year.

Salary: £13.55 per hour PAYE

Helpline Operator role

  • Coding and inputting large volumes of survey data and written freeform comments as necessary using bespoke verification software.
  • Dealing with incoming calls from members of the public, NHS Staff members, Charity Organisations and other ad‑hoc on the survey helpline; providing advice, completing surveys over phone, information/support and actioning the calls as appropriate.
  • Any ad hoc duties as required to assist with the smooth running of the organisation.
