Hazardous Waste Operations Manager

CK Group are recruiting for a Hazardous Waste Operations Manager, to join a Waste Management company, at their site based near Birmingham, on a full time, permanent basis.\\n\\nThe Company: \\n\\n Our client is an established and leading company in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, in the West Midlands.\\n\\nSite Manager Role:\\n\\n Your main duties will be:\\n\\nManaging a busy waste management site.\\nTaking full P&L ownership of the facility.\\nLeading Health and Safety and Compliance initiatives in all aspects of the site.\\nEnsuring excellence in staff training across the site.\\nOptimising efficiency via KPI implementation and tracking.\\nLeading HR, contractor and compliance protocols. \\n Your Background:\\n\\n The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:\\n\\nDegree-level education in Chemistry/a related Science.\\nAt least 5 years' experience working in the Hazardous Waste Industry.\\nExperience of managing large teams.\\nWAMITAB.\\nNEBOSH/IOSH is desired. \\n Apply:\\n\\n It is essential that applicants hold entitlement to work in the UK.
