We\'re looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team at one of Blackpool\'s busiest and most exciting event venues.
Based at a thriving football stadium, this role offers a unique opportunity to work across a variety of catering operations - from matchday hospitality and VIP boxes to large-scale conferences, private functions and seasonal events both on site and at other locations across Blackpool.
What You\'ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-volume, high-quality food across matchdays, events and corporate functions
- Leading the kitchen and managing events at different locations
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards are consistently maintained
- Assisting with menu development, prep schedules and stock control
- Maintaining a calm, organised kitchen in a fast-paced environment

About You:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen
- Confident in event catering, banqueting or large-scale service
- Organised, hands-on and calm under pressure
- Flexible with regards to shift patterns - during busy periods you may need to work 6 days per week however out of season, you may only be working 3-4 days per week
- A natural leader with strong communication and people skills
- Passionate about quality, consistency and teamwork
- Have your own transport or be aged 25+ and have a license so you can drive the company van.
