Are you organised, proactive and great with people? Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?

We're looking for two Resourcing Consultants to join our growing team and become the right-hand support to one of our experienced Recruitment Consultants, working across either our construction or education recruitment teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised and making things happen.

You'll play a key role in finding great candidates, getting them fully compliant and helping our consultants deliver an outstanding service to both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing great candidates through job boards, social media, our database and other channels
  • Building and managing a strong candidate pipeline, keeping in touch with candidates and understanding their availability
  • Speaking to candidates by phone, carrying out initial screening and completing registrations
  • Vetting candidates and making sure all required compliance documentation is in place
  • Checking qualifications, right to work documents and references
  • Coordinating candidate bookings and availability, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Building strong candidate relationships and becoming a trusted first point of contact
  • Writing and posting engaging job adverts to attract new talent
  • Keeping our CRM and candidate records accurate and up to date
  • Providing day-to-day support to your Recruitment Consultant and helping to keep a busy recruitment desk running efficiently

Profile

  • Confident, friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to take ownership
  • Positive, enthusiastic and someone who enjoys being part of a team
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experienced in recruitment, administration, customer service or a similar people-focused role
  • Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and getting things done.
