Our Stone & Ceramics client is looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee works on a high-end office fit out project based in St Pauls. The ideal candidate will come from a tiling background and have previous experience supervising commercial fit out projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll be coordinating site activities, managing operatives, liaising with site management, and keeping programme deadlines on track without the circus act.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising tiling and finishing works on site
- Managing day-to-day site operations and labour
- Ensuring health & safety compliance
- Coordinating with main contractors and subcontractors
- Monitoring quality control and project progress
- Reporting updates to project management
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience on commercial fit out projects
- Strong tiling background essential
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- CSCS Card required
- Ability to read drawings and manage programme schedules
- Strong communication and organisational skills
