We're looking for two Resourcing Consultants to join our growing team and become the right-hand support to one of our experienced Recruitment Consultants, working across either our construction or education recruitment teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised and making things happen. You'll play a key role in finding great candidates, getting them fully compliant and helping our consultants deliver an outstanding service to both candidates and clients. Responsibilities: * Sourcing great candidates through job boards, social media, our database and other channels * Building and managing a strong candidate pipeline, keeping in touch with candidates and understanding their availability * Speaking to candidates by phone, carrying out initial screening and completing registrations * Vetting candidates and making sure all required compliance documentation is in place * Checking qualifications, right to work documents and references * Coordinating candidate bookings and availability, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly * Building strong candidate relationships and becoming a trusted first point of contact * Writing and posting engaging job adverts to attract new talent ...
