CJS Recruitment are currently looking for a Mechanical Estimator! We are seeking an Estimator to join a growing M&E company based in Kent who specialise in a range of projects in the Commercial sector - including but not limited to: Data centres; Commercial Fit-Outs / Plant rooms, Schools, Hospitals and more.
Responsibilities:
- 3 + years of experience estimating in mechanical or HVAC building services.
- Strong knowledge of retrofit, replacement, & design-and-build projects.
- Understanding of HVAC systems: chillers, boilers, heat pumps, VRF / VRF, Ventilation, and controls.
- Competent with Microsoft Excel.
- Commercial awareness, understanding of installation methodologies and subcontractor pricing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work will be office-based in Maidstone / Kings Hill, with the majority of the projects taking place in London, Kent and other areas in the Southeast.
