Air Conditioning Engineer / AC Service & Installation Engineer in Kent, London & South East England.

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding team, carrying out installation, servicing, maintenance and fault-finding on a variety of commercial, industrial and domestic air conditioning systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer seeking varied work, regular overtime opportunities and long-term career stability within a supportive and growing company.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Installing split, multi-split, VRF/VRV and air conditioning systems
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
  • Servicing a range of AC equipment
  • Completing job sheets and service reports
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
  • Providing excellent customer service on client sites

Most work is located throughout Kent, London and the South East, with occasional nationwide projects and overnight stays when required.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
  • Valid F-Gas Certification
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
  • Willingness to travel and stay away when required

Desirable Qualifications

  • HVAC or Refrigeration qualifications
  • IPAF and/or PASMA certification
  • Commercial air conditioning experience

Additional Information: A DBS check will be required due to the nature of some client sites. This will be arranged and funded by the company.
