- Have a valid CSCS
- Full PPE
- You will also require the following certificates (our client can provide access to these if you don't currently have them): Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, and Manual Handling.
The job role will include:
- Painting & decorating walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in the flats, hallways, etc.
- Preparing surfaces to be painted (including scraping and removal of wallpaper)
- Working on flats on multiple floors across the building.
