A leading Facilities Management provider is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join the team on a permanent, part-time basis supporting a local education site in Chislehurt, Bromley. This is a hands‑on supervisory role managing a team of cleaners and ensuring consistently high standards across the site.

Working hours are 25 hours per week. Wage is £16 per hour.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of 17 cleaners across daily operations
  • Ensure cleaning standards are maintained and completed to specification
  • Carry out regular quality checks and resolve any issues proactively
  • Manage rotas, attendance and day‑to‑day team coordination
  • Support training, onboarding and ongoing performance of cleaning staff
  • Maintain health & safety and compliance standards across the site
  • Liaise with management to ensure smooth service delivery
What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience within cleaning supervision or cleaning management
  • Experience leading teams in a commercial, education or FM environment
  • Strong organisation and people management skills
  • Ability to maintain high standards and work proactively
  • Good communication skills and a hands‑on approach
  • Knowledge of health & safety and cleaning compliance would be advantageous
