We are seeking an experienced and reliable Working Supervisors to oversee day-to-day site operations and manage small teams of labourers on active construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining project schedules and site organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate small teams of labourers on site
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule
- Enforce health and safety regulations and site procedures
- Allocate tasks and provide guidance to site workers
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers as required
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are used effectively
- Report progress, issues, and incidents to management
Requirements:
