A leading Facilities Management provider is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join the team on a permanent, part-time basis supporting a local education site in Chislehurt, Bromley. This is a hands-on supervisory role managing a team of cleaners and ensuring consistently high standards across the site.
Working hours are 25 hours per week. Wage is £16 per hour.
Key responsibilities:- Supervise and support a team of 17 cleaners across daily operations
- Ensure cleaning standards are maintained and completed to specification
- Carry out regular quality checks and resolve any issues proactively
- Manage rotas, attendance and day-to-day team coordination
- Support training, onboarding and ongoing performance of cleaning staff
- Maintain health and safety and compliance standards across the site
- Liaise with management to ensure smooth service delivery
- Previous experience within cleaning supervision or cleaning management
- Experience leading teams in a commercial, education or FM environment
- Strong organisation and people management skills
- Ability to maintain high standards and work proactively
- Good communication skills and a hands-on approach
- Knowledge of health and safety and cleaning compliance would be advantageous
