We are currently looking for an experienced Handyman to join our team on a residential project in Ashford, Kent, working across three apartment blocks. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual to support the site team with a variety of tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Duties Include:
- Carrying out general snagging and finishing works
- Assisting trades on site as required
- Installing and repairing basic fixtures and fittings
- Minor carpentry and making good works
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Following site drawings and instructions where required
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous experience working as a Handyman on construction sites
- Good all-round knowledge of general building and maintenance works
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own tools and full PPE
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
