CJP Outreach is recruiting a Waking Night Support Worker to join a dedicated care team in Bristol. This 24/7 support role operates on a 2:1 ratio and involves rotating 12-hour waking night shifts for a male recipient in his own home.
The successful candidate will be reliable, proactive and patient, able to maintain dignity, safety and wellbeing through the night, with prior experience in similar roles or with complex needs and PBS knowledge being advantageous.
