As our new Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in finding the incredible staff who deliver this high-quality care.
About The Role
- Attend recruitment events and community outreach activities
- Promote vacancies and careers in social care to attract top talent
- Source, screen and interview candidates effectively
- Complete DBS, reference and onboarding checks
- Create engaging job adverts and support targeted recruitment campaigns
- Build relationships within local communities and candidate networks
About You
- Were looking for a dedicated Recruitment Resourcer who is:
- Confident, outgoing and people-focused
- Organised with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about recruitment and making a genuine difference
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Experience as a Recruitment Resourcer in healthcare recruitment or social care is beneficial but not essential, as we provide full support. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role due to travel requirements.
