CJP Outreach Services is recruiting a Complex Care Support Worker to assist an 18-year-old with complex needs in his family home in Halifax.
The role involves 18 hours per week on a rolling rota, 8am–4pm over 3 day shifts, plus 1 in 3 weekends.
Pay is £13.50 per hour and the role is open to female applicants only.
You will work closely with the family and healthcare team to provide personalised care, including PEG feeding and tracheostomy-related tasks as required.
