CJP are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Male Support Worker for two Brothers in Brighouse, each with unique medical needs. Join us in making a profound impact on their lives while working between the two brothers and supporting them separately.

Working Days: 2 x 12-hour days - No weekends!!! Car Driver with Car Essential!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised care and support to an adult male with complex medical conditions, including limited mobility, epilepsy, and challenging behaviour.
  • Assist with personal care, manage medical needs such as epilepsy episodes, assist with mobility, administer nutrition through PEG feeding, and provide emotional support.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for the individual’s complex needs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare, familiarity with the mentioned medical conditions, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, understanding of learning disabilities, epilepsy, and challenging behaviours, and a compassionate approach to care are all desired.
