About the Role

We're looking for people with experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge, ideally within community-based settings such as supported living or residential care. Knowledge or experience with complex care needs - tracheostomies, suctioning, nebulisers, peg feeds is a real advantage. As a Bank Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs, promoting independence, building life skills, and encouraging positive outcomes—all while fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Shift Patterns: Vary depending on the person you are supporting! These can be 8 hrs or 12 hrs.

Daily Activities:

  • Leisure and Recreational activities
  • Assisting with personal shopping
  • Day centre school / college

  • Experience in care/support roles, ideally with Autism and learning disabilities.
