CJD Equipment is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our high-performing Construction Equipment team at our Guildford branch. Reporting to the State Sales Manager – WA, you'll play a key role in expanding our customer base, growing market share, and delivering outstanding equipment solutions across the WA market. What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and execute sales and territory strategies to achieve targets and grow market share
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify new opportunities through face-to-face engagement and proactive prospecting
  • Manage the delivery, handover, and familiarisation of new and used equipment
  • Prepare quotes, tenders (including local government), reports, and forecasts
  • Analyse market trends and adjust strategies to drive results
  • Promote CJD products through demos, field days, and industry events
  • Mentor and support junior team members, including sales cadets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to sales reporting and planning

  • Proven success in field sales within construction equipment or a similar B2B environment
  • Strong knowledge of the WA market and its evolving landscape
  • Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
