Position Overview

CJCH Solicitors are an award‑winning legal firm with offices throughout South Wales. We are currently looking for an experienced legal assistant/administrator to help support our childcare team at our Swansea Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Childcare Team, including diary management, file management and time recording.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Professional, proactive approach, strong client care skills and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of client’s needs.
  • Strong computer management system skills (experience using Microsoft Office suite and case management systems is a must).
  • Be organised and proactive.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in legal administration and secretarial work.
  • Be able to work on a large volume of matters simultaneously, with the ability to transcribe dictation and prepare court bundles.
  • Ensuring compliance with file management.
  • Maintaining accurate time costing procedures.
