CJCH Solicitors are a thriving, award-winning legal practice with offices in Barry, Cardiff, Bridgend, Blackwood, Caerphilly and Swansea. We have an exciting opportunity for a new team member to grow and lead our Conveyancing team in our Caerphilly office.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and running a caseload of residential conveyancing
- Winning work and developing relationships with local agents and brokers (ability to introduce referrals would be a plus)
- Undertaking marketing and business development initiatives to promote our Caerphilly Office / firm.
- Mentoring and training junior members of the team as necessary
- Working alongside the Head of Residential Conveyancing (based in Blackwood) and Managing Director (based in Cardiff) to implement strategic growth and improved performance strategies across the firm.
